Our Vision

Natasha is a church planter and builder. Her heart has always been to expand the kingdom by discipleship and to raise individuals, as well as non-profits, to reach their highest God-given potential. She is a kingdom shaker and mover. She has planted many different community groups, which are still ongoing today. These include couples, teens, women's groups, and church plants. Worked as a Director of Finance. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Management. She is married to her childhood sweetheart, Sergey, and together they have two adult children.

She is the original founder and CEO of Global Fire Starter Ministries, which started as a women’s retreat ministry in 2019. Initially, it was named “Fire Starter,” but in 2021, God moved on her heart and caused the trajectory of the ministry to be global and to impact both men and women. At the age of seven, Natasha was a Ukrainian refugee herself, coming to the United States to flee religious persecution with her family. In February, 2022 when the war broke out,  she returned to Ukraine for the first time after 33 years because she heard the global calling on her life. When she discovered the needs of the Ukrainian people who had been displaced all over the world, she knew that she could help since she is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. The call to co-lead Firebrand School of discipleship was birthed after Natasha realized that the global need was too great for her handful of volunteers so she answered the call of God to raise and train up more people who would be willing to make an impact in our broken world.

Josh had a radical encounter with the reality of God when was he was 21 years old. At the time he was living the life of a serious opiate addict, hopelessly trapped in a cycle of addiction and destruction. After many failed attempts at change, Josh checked himself into a long-term rehabilitation center and surrendered himself to God's process of transformation. He got involved in Harvest House Ministries, where he spent over a decade working with others suffering from addiction. These experiences and God's call on his life, put a burning passion in his heart to help others get free of whatever holds them back, and to step into their full potential! He pursues this call through ministry, preaching, teaching and discipling. He has been in ministry in various capacities for over a decade and currently serves as the Associate Director of the Gulf Coast Healing Rooms and is an ordained minister through the International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR)  and the Associate Pastor of Healer's House Church. 

Jesus Lover, Follower, Disciple, His Beloved. She is a graduate of Faith Christian University and holds a degree in Bible Theology. She is also a certified Bible teacher with International Victory Bible Institute and ordained through Missions Church Orlando. I’ve never really been into titles but I was the Lead Pastor of Missions Church Orlando for 9 years, have been a missionary with Fire to the Nations since 2000 (and am still associated with them). I have taught in Bible schools around the world and have been on 17+ short term mission trips to 10 nations. I own two businesses -  Helen B Marshall & Company, a licensed mortgage brokerage business which was a established in 2000. I’m also the Broker/ Owner of Benson Marshall LLC, a full service real estate company which we established in 2012.  

I was married to my husband John for 38 years before he moved to heaven in 2021. I’m a lover of Jesus who is fully anticipating the next and the new and looking forward to running with Jesus throughout the earth for the next 40 years - Lord willing! ~Helen B. Marshall
